Change of Mind Policy

Please choose carefully as all sales are final. Returns/exchanges for change of mind are not accepted.

Return of Faulty Goods

We will repair or replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. To return damaged goods, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of item. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned with a copy of the original invoice. Please note: faulty products do not include damage incurred by the purchaser (please see Product information and Care).
A repair or exchange (based on our discretion) will be made on receipt of the damaged item. No costs will be associated with the repair of damaged goods. In the case that the item cannot be repaired we will send you a replacement, at our expense, in the same style/colour. In the case that the item cannot be repaired or replaced, we will offer you a full refund OR we will offer the opportunity to replace the damaged item with another item of your choosing – any difference in price will be charged or refunded accordingly.
